Terms and Conditions
To protect against credit card fraud, the guest is required to present the actual credit card used in making the online booking upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to check in for failure to comply with this requirement.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah and include 11% tax and 10% service charge.
2. A credit card number is required to guarantee the booking.
3. Any cancellation received 3 days before the arrival date: 100% of the first night will be charged to your credit card.
4. Any no-show or short stay for whatever reason, 100% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card.
5. Check-in time is from 1400hrs and check-out till 1200hrs
6. Breakfast for children below 12 years old will be charged 50% off the meal rates.
7. Family Plan (Children sharing parent's room)
* Maximum child age is 11 years old.
* The above is free, but the child's and/or children's breakfast is chargeable at IDR. 60,000/per child/per meal.
8. Exchange rates for information only. Payment is due upon arrival based on the hotel exchange rate of the day.
9. Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
10. All rates and privileges quoted are subject to change without prior notice
Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new one.
